Deep under the sparkling blue ocean stands a palace of pink and orange coral, and its new guardian is Princess Jella, a tiny jellyfish with a translucent pink bell and big amber eyes. Her best friend Finn, a bright orange seahorse, keeps her company as she tries to look after every shell and shining stone. When Olma the wise old sea turtle brings her a small golden crown that changes color with the ocean currents, Jella feels proud and a little nervous, because the crown is meant to help her lead with care.
That evening the palace lights flicker and fade, and the halls turn dark. Following the crown's glowing blue light, Jella, Finn and Pip the little lantern fish swim through twisting tunnels and swaying seaweed until they find the cause: a narrow passage where the coral is cracked and broken, blocking the light from reaching the palace. Jella must decide how to repair it without harming the small creatures that live there, and she learns that the answer lies in gentle, careful work rather than force.
The story follows a small guardian who discovers what thoughtful leadership really means: listening to advice, thinking of everyone, and asking friends for help. Young readers who enjoy gentle underwater fairy tales will find a warm story about responsibility, kindness and teamwork, and about how a difficult problem can be solved when everyone works together.

A Chapter from the Book
The Jellyfish Crown Yavuz DEMİRKIRAN
Deep under the sparkling blue ocean, where sunbeams danced like ribbons, stood a beautiful palace made of pink and orange coral. Its towers twisted high, and its windows glowed with soft light. Princess Jella, a tiny jellyfish with a translucent pink bell and big amber eyes, was the new guardian of this wonderful place. She loved every shell and every shining stone. 1
Jella's best friend, Finn, a bright orange seahorse with yellow stripes and a little seaweed satchel, zipped around her. "Your palace is the most beautiful in the whole sea!" he cheered. Jella smiled, her sparkle freckles twinkling. "I want to keep it safe for everyone," she said. "But being guardian is a big job for a small jellyfish." 2
One morning, Olma the wise old sea turtle swam slowly to the palace gate. Her mossy shell was wide and her dark eyes were gentle. She carried a small golden crown on a cushion of sea moss. "This crown is for you, Princess Jella," Olma said. "It changes color with the ocean currents. It will help you lead with care." Jella placed it on her bell, and the pearl at its center glowed. 3
The crown shimmered from pink to gold to soft blue as the currents swirled around Jella. She giggled as it tickled her bell. Finn swam in circles, admiring it. "It's magic!" he cried. Jella nodded. "Olma says it will guide me when I need to make important choices." She felt proud and a little nervous, too. 4
That evening, the palace lights flickered and dimmed. The glowing coral windows turned gray, and the halls grew dark. Jella's amber eyes widened. "What's happening?" she whispered. Finn darted about, worried. "The lights are fading! The palace is losing its shine!" Jella knew she had to do something, but what? 5
Jella remembered the crown. She looked at it and saw it glowing a deep, pulsing blue. "The crown is showing me a direction!" she said. She called to Pip, a tiny lantern fish with a glowing headlight and silver scales. "Pip, please light the way!" Pip's light bobbed cheerfully. "Follow me!" he chirped, and they swam into the dark water. 6
They followed the crown's blue glow through twisting tunnels and over swaying seaweed. Finn scouted ahead, his green eyes sharp. "This way!" he called. Pip's light danced on the coral walls. Jella's heart beat fast, but she kept swimming. The crown's color changed to green, then to a warm orange, leading them onward. 7
At last, they reached a narrow passage where the coral was cracked and broken. The branches were pale and crumbly, and no light passed through. "This is the problem!" Jella gasped. "The damaged coral is blocking the light from reaching the palace." Finn frowned. "We need to fix it, but how?" 8
Jella remembered Olma's words about thoughtful leadership. She looked at the crown, which now glowed a steady, calm white. "We must be careful," she said. "If we just break the coral, it might hurt the little creatures living here. We need to mend it gently." Pip nodded, his purple eyes wide. "I can gather tiny glowing algae to help!" 9
Just then, Olma swam up slowly. "You have found the trouble," she said. "The coral passage is the heart of the palace's light. But you must decide how to fix it with kindness." Jella thought hard. She looked at her friends and at the fragile coral. "We'll rebuild it together, using soft seaweed and gentle care," she decided. 10
Jella sent Finn to gather the reef friends—the starfish, the sea snails, and the little crabs. Pip lit the way for everyone. Olma showed them how to weave seaweed strands and press them gently onto the broken coral. Jella worked beside them, her crown glowing bright gold. "Teamwork makes the coral strong again!" she cheered. 11
Slowly, the coral began to heal. The cracks filled with shimmering seaweed, and new pink buds appeared. The passage glowed with a soft, warm light. Jella's crown turned a happy pink, and she knew they had done something wonderful. "We did it!" Finn shouted, flipping his curled tail. Everyone cheered. 12
As the coral mended, the light flowed through the passage and back to the palace. The windows sparkled again, and the halls glowed brighter than ever. Jella and her friends swam home, tired but happy. The palace welcomed them with a warm, golden shine. "You saved the light!" Pip sang, his own light twinkling. 13
Olma smiled, her gentle eyes crinkling. "You made a careful choice, Princess Jella," she said. "You listened to the crown, but more importantly, you listened to your heart. Good leadership means thinking of everyone." Jella hugged her friends. "I couldn't have done it without all of you," she said. 14
From that day on, Princess Jella was a wise and kind guardian. Her crown still changed colors with the currents, but now it also reminded her to make thoughtful decisions. Finn, Pip, and Olma remained her trusted friends. And the palace shone brightly, a happy home for all the creatures of the sea. 15
And whenever a new problem arose, Jella would gather her friends and say, "Let's think carefully and work together." The crown would glow, and they would set off on another adventure. For Jella had learned that a true leader listens, cares, and makes choices that help everyone shine. And the jellyfish crown sparkled on, a symbol of thoughtful leadership.
